A Maundy Thursday Play
Follow Peter from his call through his walk with Christ up to his betrayal of Christ. This is a play with two characters – Jesus and Peter. Communion is celebrated in the middle of the play, preferably officiated by Jesus. It is based on Luke 5:1-11; Matthew 14:22-33; John 6:22-71; Matthew 16:13-23; Mark 8:31-33; Matthew 17:1-13; Luke 9:28-36; Matthew 19:27-30; Mark 10:28-31; Luke 18:28-30; Mark 13:1-8; Matthew 26:17-29, 31-75; Mark 14:12-51, 66-72; Luke 22:7-23, 31-34, 47-62; John 13:1-38; John 18:1-11, 15-18, 25-27.
